These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between taka15 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). This agreement applies to the taka15.cam website and all pages and services under it.

taka15 is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide a safe, transparent, and responsible entertainment experience. These terms may be updated from time to time, so regular visits to this page are recommended.

1.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. taka15 is not liable for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.

2.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds at taka15, we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This same minimum applies to each payment method.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via a third-party payment method is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, and that method must be registered in your own name. Large withdrawal requests may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To prevent fraud and money laundering, taka15 may request identity verification (KYC) information when necessary. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at taka15, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used once only.
• The maximum bet amount from bonus balance may be set by taka15.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
• The bonus applies to deposits made via any of these four methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Once a bonus offer expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• taka15 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

3.4 VIP and Cashback Program

taka15 has four VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. taka15 reserves the right to change the cashback amounts and terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the taka15 platform:

• Creating or operating an account using a false or fake identity.
• Placing bets or playing using bots, automated software, or any unauthorized technology.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for an unfair advantage ("bonus hunting").
• Manipulating the system by coordinating play across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to attack the platform's security systems or infrastructure.
• Harassing other users or spreading misleading information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, the full balance will be forfeited, and the relevant legal authorities will be notified if necessary.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless taka15 takes action due to a technical error. taka15 reserves the right to declare void any bet placed due to a system error or incorrect odds.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed for bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to change. Bets are accepted until the match begins. For live betting, real-time odds apply and are updated regularly on the relevant page.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe). Each game's outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable. taka15 is committed to ensuring fair play.

5.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits may be set for each game and bet type. These limits are displayed on the relevant game page. taka15 reserves the right to change individual betting limits at any time.
